Welcome to Under His Roof. This store is run by Under His Roof, LLC, a South Carolina company ("we," "us"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them; we've tried to keep them short and plain.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Please give us accurate, complete information at checkout.

2. Our products

  • Every item is made to order by our production partner, Printify, and its print shops.
  • We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but screens differ, and small variations in color, size and print placement are normal for made-to-order items.
  • Product descriptions, prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities or stop offering a product at any time.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required, including South Carolina sales tax.
  • Payments are processed by Shopify Payments.
  • If a price or product is listed by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've paid. We'll let you know.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll refund you.

4. Discounts

  • WELCOME10 gives 10% off your first order when you sign up for our emails. One use per customer. It can't be exchanged for cash, and we may end or change offers at any time.
  • Shipping is charged at checkout as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Shipping, refunds and replacements

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms. In short: no returns for a change of mind or the wrong size, a free replacement or refund for misprints, defects, damage or the wrong item reported with a photo within 30 days of delivery, and changes or cancellations only within 12 hours of placing your order.

6. Group orders

Group orders have a minimum of 12 pieces. We'll send a proof first, and production starts only after you approve it. You're responsible for checking names, sizes, spelling and quantities on the proof. If you send us a logo or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you agree that we may use it only to make your order.

7. Daily Devotional emails

The free weekly devotional and the paid Supporter membership are delivered by email through Kit. The Supporter membership is billed by Kit (through Stripe) on a recurring monthly or yearly basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link in your emails or your Kit account, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Kit's terms also apply to that membership.

8. Our designs and content

All designs, artwork, photos, text and logos on this site belong to Under His Roof or are used with permission. Please don't copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission. Scripture quotations are from public-domain sources.

9. Using our site

Please don't use our site to break the law, send spam or harmful code, try to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours, or harass anyone. We may block access for anyone who does.

10. Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo, idea or comment, you allow us to use it (for example, on our site or social media) without paying you. Please keep it honest and kind. We may remove anything we think is offensive or untrue.

11. Links to other sites

Our site may link to other sites (like Kit or a carrier's tracking page). We're not responsible for their content or policies.

12. Disclaimer and limit of liability

Our site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

13. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and applicable U.S. law. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
