Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO military addresses. Orders to those addresses may cost more to ship and take longer to arrive.
Made to order
Every item is printed or embroidered after you order it by our production partner, Printify, and its network of U.S. print shops. Here's what to expect:
- Production: usually 2–7 business days before your order ships. Embroidered items, framed prints and canvas can take a little longer, and busy seasons (especially November and December) can add a few days.
- Delivery: after it ships, standard U.S. delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.
- All in: most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees.
- Separate packages: items may be made at different print shops, so your order can arrive in more than one box. You'll only pay shipping once at checkout.
- Tracking: we'll email you a tracking link as soon as each package ships.

Christmas
For delivery by Christmas, please order by December 10. Orders placed after that may still make it, but we can't promise it.
Group orders
Group orders of 12 pieces or more start after you approve your proof. Larger orders can take a few extra production days, so please give us at least 3–4 weeks before your event.
Wrong address or lost package
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, because production starts quickly. If something goes wrong in transit, see our Refund Policy or email us and we'll help.
Sales tax
We collect South Carolina sales tax, and sales tax for other states, where the law requires it. It's shown at checkout.
